At Ervin we have a camera we can send far down the drain lines to locate and pinpoint problems.
This sets the stage for the introduction of the high pressure ‘Jetter’ unit to quickly blast away nearly any obstruction, and do so with a much greater degree of safety to plumbing & drain lines.
The process saves billable job time and added costs associated with service to older or worn lines.

Slab Leak Detection:
For Slab leaks, Ervin offers a remarkable, time saving process for line location within concrete slabs using a technology similar to the process used for sonograms, using sound to ‘listen’ for leaks. Again, Ervin saves billable time for you and works in the least invasive manner to precisely diagnose and proceed to repairs with minimal impact on your building structures.
The ground sensor listens for the gurgling or hammering of water escaping from a cracked pipe under concrete, asphalt, or tile. For soft surfaces like grass or carpet, we use special probe rods to listen. All in all, we take pride in saving you money and protecting your valuable above and below ground structures while we get the job done accurately and promptly.
